Sugar is the most popular sweet substance found on the food table of many homes. Sugar is a refined natural element found in starchy foods. But refined sugar, the white stuff we call “sugar” is not real food. It’s man-made poison in sweet disguise.

In trying to make fat free foods taste better, most companies opt for the easy solution of adding sugar and other unnecessary chemicals. Thereby making the fat free foods worse than their full fat options.
